After a two week jury trial, the defendant was found liable for breach of contract, fraud, and breach of a fiduciary duty. In addition to receiving compensatory and punitive damages, Ross & Wersching LLP’s client also obtained a permanent injunction against the defendant and was awarded attorneys’ fees on its misappropriation of trade secrets cause of action.
