An Thien (Andy) Tran is a senior counsel with the firm, specializing in the defense of employers in labor and employment disputes.  He also provides bespoke management counseling, designs workplace practices and policies, and delivers creative solutions for a wide range of employment issues.

Before joining the team, Andy was a litigator at two Am Law 100 firms.  His background also includes experience within the plaintiff's bar, having worked as a staff attorney for the Public Law Center and with the impact litigation team at Asian Americans Advancing Justice Southern California.  During law school, Andy served within federal agencies under the Obama administration.

Andy is an active board member of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Southern California, where he chairs the Judicial Endorsement Committee and the Pro Bono Legal Clinic Advisory Committee.  He previously held the position of pro bono counsel for Project by Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness about social justice issues impacting the Asian American community.
