Megan Lee is an associate who focuses her practice on business litigation as well as labor and employment matters. Before joining RWTP, Megan was an associate at a mid-sized civil defense firm, where she represented businesses and individuals in commercial litigation, professional liability, and personal liability matters. Thus, she has garnered extensive experience in civil discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations. 

Megan earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2023. While in law school, she served as President of the Business Law Society and participated in the Edward C. Stone Moot Court competition.  Megan spent her summers during law school working in New York City for CBRE Group, Inc.'s In-House Global Litigation Team. During the spring semesters, Megan also worked as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Judge Vickie L. Henry of the Massachusetts Appeals Court for during the Spring of 2022, and interned with the White Collar and Public Integrity Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, for the Spring of 2023.

Prior to law school, Megan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with honors for her degree in Political Science and minor in Business Law.
