Chun Hsu’s areas of practice include business litigation, employment law, and creditors’ rights. She has represented mid- to large-sized commercial banks, financial institutions, businesses and individuals in all aspects of federal and state court commercial litigation and bankruptcy proceedings, and managed matters involving breach of contract, business tort, debt recovery, employment discrimination and harassment, commercial foreclosures, attachments and receiverships, and post-judgment enforcement and collection.

Chun has also negotiated and prepared business contracts, commercial loan agreements, partnership agreements, and other transactional documents in client matters. In addition to her litigation practice, Chun has also provided legal consulting to a Chinese corporation in identifying, negotiating, and establishing strategic business partnerships in the United States. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
