Senior Counsel

Emily Marsh is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on complex real estate and business disputes, including matters involving boundary line disputes, easements, covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs), purchase and sale agreements, trespass, nuisance, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. She represents clients through every stage of the litigation process, from pre-litigation strategy and early dispute resolution through trial. Emily has served as second chair in both bench and jury trials and has successfully resolved numerous matters through mediation, arbitration, and negotiated settlement.

Known for her practical approach, strong advocacy, and attention to detail, Emily has earned the trust and respect of clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel alike. Her ability to navigate complex legal and factual issues has led to favorable outcomes both in and out of the courtroom.

Before joining the firm, Emily's practice also included representation of major lending institutions and private developers in sophisticated real estate transactions, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of business and real estate transactions. Emily earned her Juris Doctor from the Chapman University, Fowler School of Law, where she was a member of the Mock Trial Team. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Dance Performance from Hofstra University.
