Maxine Pak is a certified paralegal supporting RWTP’s litigation and trial team. She brings hands-on experience in civil matters, trial preparation, and complex case management across state, district, and appellate courts.

Maxine works closely with the attorneys, ensuring that the team stays organized and prepared. She assists with drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery responses, and managing critical deadlines. She also helps with trial preparation efforts, handling everything from exhibit management to courtroom logistics. Her ability to balance big-picture case strategy with the day-to-day demands of litigation makes her a trusted resource for the team.

Prior to joining RWTP, Maxine worked with trial teams where she handled a broad range of business disputes and helped navigate clients through every stage of litigation.  Her experience allowed her to develop a strong foundation in legal research and drafting, and she finds purpose in helping attorneys present their strongest case.

Outside the office, Maxine enjoys hiking with her dog, Cherimoya, and firing up the kitchen for new dinner recipes.
