With experience as a senior in-house and outside counsel, Michael J. Reynolds brings deep expertise in various disciplines, including corporate governance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and risk management across multiple industries. He also has experience advising on domestic and international marketing matters, requests for proposals (RFPs), and US securities compliance and Investment Advisers Act issues.

Mike serves as Partner and the head of Ross, Wolcott, Teinert & Prout LLP’s transactions practice. He is admitted to practice in California

Before joining the firm, Mike was senior vice president and associate general counsel at a major private equity firm. During his career, he also worked as a senior associate at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, an international law firm, where he specialized in corporate law, securities, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and other strategic transactions.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Williams College and his Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School.
