Sean Biel

Sean Biel is a litigation paralegal with experience in several practice areas. He has over 15 years of experience in bankruptcy, personal injury, consumer, complex business, real property, and construction defect matters. This experience covers several stages of litigation, including discovery, pretrial motion practice, and trial preparation; as well as post-judgment adjudication and collections.

In addition to his legal experience, Sean previously held licensing in the securities sector (Series 7), and managing accredited portfolios.

Mr. Biel received his Juris Doctor degree from Trinity Law School in Southern California, and was a Member of the Business Law Association. Previously, he received a Bachelor’s degree in political science from California State University, Fullerton, with a minor in law, politics, and society, and was a Member of Pi Sigma Alpha, Political Science Honors Chapter. Sean also holds a paralegal certification from NALA.

Sean was a three-sport athlete and maintains a profound affinity for baseball of all levels, thoroughly enjoying youth baseball, collegiate, and professional baseball. A true sports aficionado, Mr. Biel also maintains a robust sports memorabilia collection, and attends several conventions annually. In his free time, Sean loves being active and taking advantage of all the splendors of Southern California from the mountains to the ocean. He also enjoys reading biographies, political science, historical accounts, philosophy, and Calvin and Hobbes. Fun fact: Sean has viewed all 25 James Bond movies several times over…and proclaims that Daniel Craig is the best Bond ever.
