Stephanie Phan is an attorney at Ross, Wolcott, Teinert & Prout LLP. She has experience representing clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, civil litigation matters in state and federal court, and on appeal. She also has experience representing clients in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

Stephanie’s practice focuses on a diverse range of commercial litigation matters including claims for unfair competition, breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, and business torts.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie was an associate at a big law firm in Orange County. Stephanie graduated cum laude and with Pro Bono Honors from the University of California, Irvine School of Law and served as a Notes Editor of the UC Irvine Law Review.

During law school, Stephanie externed for the Honorable Theodor C. Albert of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California. Stephanie graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in psychology
