Tim Laske is a commercial litigator with more than two decades of experience representing businesses in complex commercial litigation, labor and employment disputes, and cross-border litigation. He advises domestic and international clients on disputes involving commercial and employment disputes.

Prior to joining Ross, Wolcott, Teinert & Prout LLP, Tim was a Senior Foreign Attorney at Yulchon LLC and Lee & Ko, two of South Korea’s leading law firms, where he represented Korean and multinational companies in cross-border commercial disputes in the U.S. courts and international arbitration. He also coordinated litigation involving multiple jurisdictions, primarily in Asia and Europe.

Before moving to Korea, Tim practiced with U.S. and international law firms, representing businesses in complex commercial and employment litigation.

Tim combines extensive courtroom experience with an international perspective to help clients resolve complex disputes efficiently and achieve practical, results-oriented solutions.
