Tim Laske is a commercial litigator with more than two decades of experience representing domestic and international businesses, individuals, and federal agencies in complex commercial litigation, product liability, securities, employment, intellectual property, and cross-border disputes.

Prior to joining Ross, Wolcott, Teinert & Prout LLP, Tim was a Senior Foreign Attorney at Yulchon LLC and Lee & Ko, two of South Korea’s leading law firms, where he represented Korean and multinational companies in cross-border commercial disputes in U.S. courts and international arbitrations. He also coordinated litigation spanning multiple jurisdictions, primarily in Asia and Europe.

Before moving to Korea, Tim spent more than 16 years litigating cases in the United States. He served for twelve years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California and previously practiced at DLA Piper US LLP and Public Counsel. He also served as a temporary law clerk to Chief Judge Mund of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

As an AUSA, Tim handled federal civil litigation from inception through trial and appeal. Over the course of his career, he has tried seven matters to verdict and handled more than ten international arbitrations through final award. He has also served on trial teams in several U.S. court cases that resulted in favorable jury verdicts. His litigation and arbitration experience spans U.S. federal and state courts and international arbitral proceedings.

Tim combines extensive courtroom experience with an international perspective to help clients resolve complex disputes efficiently and achieve practical, results-oriented solutions.
