Victoria Tse is an associate who focuses her practice on commercial business litigation, labor and employment disputes, and transactional matters.
Before joining the firm, Victoria represented businesses and individuals in complex civil disputes, including contract, construction, and insurance coverage matters involving bad faith claims, and advised employers on wage-and-hour and other employment issues. She also supported clients in business transactions and compliance matters, bringing a practical and detail-oriented approach to both litigation and advisory work with an emphasis on thorough legal research and persuasive written advocacy.
Victoria earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and the Douglas and Margaret Lurio Scholarship and competed on the Business Negotiation Team. While in law school, Victoria served as a student attorney at the Villanova Law Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship, advising startups on entity formation, corporate governance, employment matters, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to law school, Victoria earned her Bachelor’s degree from UCLA and served as an AmeriCorps Fellow supporting nonprofit program development and operations.
